At the end of last year I started brewing Kombucha. Brewing is big in Michigan and I felt left out but didn't want to commit to beer. I made a couple of batches with my scobyy (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast, yo), but had to put it on hold since i was away for the holidays. I was finally ready to start it back up, but I realized that it had become a little icy.... I am not sure if scobys like ice, I know I don't. Hopefully it bounces back, I would like to try out making some flavored kombucha this year. And I need my probiotics!

It's hard to tell if it's gross because it normally looks gross
guess we will see in a week.
